We ship internationally to over 100 countries around the world. At PURE KERATIN, we make the choice to offer you Free Shipping Fees using our default Shipping Service provides by POS, HongKongPost, LAO, SfeParcel & PostNL . You can also select our fastest shipping option provided by FedEx at 39.95€ per order. Receive your order in as little as 5-8 business days when you select our fastest shipping option: FedEx at 39.95€ (Mexico and some American central countries will be served by POSTNL express. In order to make sure the fast delievery option is available in your country, Please contact us before place your order). With other shipment options, the estimated delivery times to international addresses are 15 to 25 business days from when the order is shipped.

International shipping orders have a tracking number. As soon as your order is placed, you can monitor its progress from the “My Account” dashboard. We will send you an email a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Note: Major cities and industrial areas will be a bit faster; rural and non-industrialized areas may be a bit slower. During holiday periods, there may be additional delays due to volume. We are not responsible for such delays. International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery.

Important: Processing and delivery information of mail/parcel at the destination is supplied by the destination postal administration. According to the international postal operation arrangements of the Universal Postal Union, postal administrations are not bound to release processing and delivery information of "international registered mail", and postal administrations of the following countries/regions have ceased to release such information: 

1. Canada (Postes/Post Canada)
2. Netherlands (PostNL)
3. United States of America (USPS)

For further enquiry concerning your mail/parcel item, please submit a completed mail enquiry form together with your tracking number and the sender carrier name to your destination post administration. Please note that under the requirements of the Universal Postal Union, to initiate an enquiry with the destination postal administration, relevant information including the full delivery address, tracking number, date of shipment. If you wish to furnish us with supplementary information concerning your mail tracking request by email, please quote our reference number or the mail/parcel item number.

Turnaround Time

To ensure a fast turnaround, please place your order before 12pm GMT. Handle/processing time is counted from the time your order is submitted to the time it leaves our warehouse facility.
98% products are in stock and are shipped within 1-3 business days, although some products will require additional processing time.
These times can be affected by current production levels and seasonal variances.

Multiple Packages

PURE KERATIN aims, where possible, to consolidate products in your order when we ship them out. However, for your convenience and to expedite your order, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional cost.

When we ship your order in multiple packages, these packages may arrive separately. Nonetheless, you should still receive your entire order within the estimated delivery date.

Multiple adresses

We do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses, P.O Box addresses and Shipping adress different from the billing adress.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else*. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days* from the delivery date (*same shipping/delivery country, or 7 days for international shipment). Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition we ship them and in the original box and/or packaging.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30* days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (*same shipping/delivery country or 7 days for international shipment).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 18 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We do not proceed any refund for customs products such as special formula over 5%, OEM, etc.

Return Policy Exclusions

Business to business contracts and profesional purchases are exluded of the return policy. We do not proceed any refund for professional customers. Also, for particulars customers we do not proceed any refund for customs products such as special formula over 5%, OEM, etc.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.


How to track and trace my order online?

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order after processing (23 business days) via email, if this email has not arrived please check your Spam folder and add our email address contact (a) to your contact.

What can I do if my tracking number doesn't work?

If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out & Delivery Status should update within a few days.

Tracking numbers will often only begin to become active when the item has arrived in the country of delivery.

Why haven't I received a tracking number?

  • Depending on the value of your purchase and shipping options chosen at checkout, your package may not include a Tracking Number. If this is the case, you will only be informed once your Order has Shipped via email. Orders over $10 have available tracking.
  • For further information and assistance, please visit our contact page, and one of our support representatives will be there to assist you.

How long will my item take to arrive?

The shipping time consists of two sections -

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours (maximum 5 business days) after the order is placed and the payment is received.
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses.

We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and Pure Keratin Ltd. This extends our processing time to 2 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil orders.

Following this your package will arrive between 10-35 business days (maximum 45 days) depending on your geographic location and local customs clearence process.
